Our partner, Skin Beauty needed a big change of their website and even bigger results. After a period of market research and analysis we knew exactly what Skin Beauty’s target audience wanted. Completely new user interface to facilitate the navigation on the pages and to design a more engaging and intuitive eCommerce experience that will resonate wit their target group.
Our ultimate goal was to improve their user experience, to drive conversions and increase sales.
Having young, sophisticated people as their target audience was adding pressure a bit. Because their audience had very high expectations of the whole online shopping experience and that’s why we had to deliver. By making improvements on Skin Beauty’s online home, they were starting to engage more people, which increased the percentage of loyal customers.
