We are proud to announce our latest project with a top Real Estate company called District. We were employed to build their new online home which will attract new clients.

District’s old website was failing visitors with confusing navigation and hard to find information. They approached our team in a need of improving key areas that will fix the problems their clients were facing. They wanted to facilitate the process of searching and finding relevant property listings for their clients and also to have useful information on their service pages.

We approached this project from various perspectives.
Firstly, we conducted meetings with the team from District to get a sense of what their requirements for the new website are. Secondly, we wanted to approach the problem from the user side of view. After a thorough and deep market analysis, we uncovered the main frustrations with the current site and that helped us outline the goals that would drive redesign. We focused on creating a new website design that will help visitors to find the pages they are looking for more easily by incorporating advanced search and filter features.

We created a design that is more consistent with the rest of the District’s marketing materials. Besides that, we wanted for the design to be more approachable and to create the first impression that will resonate with the District’s target website visitors. The new online home allowed visitors to find exactly what they are looking for, whether they’re interested in the properties to buy or lease, information about services.
